Qualifications

• 6-8 years of BI or analytics experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience delivering high-impact BI/analytics projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI team, oversee daily delivery, planning, and prioritisation across dashboards and analytics.
• Review outputs for modelling accuracy and dashboard quality before stakeholder delivery.
• Coordinate BAU work, projects, and support tickets across the team.
• Mentor developers, coach growth, and drive continuous improvement in BI capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into structured BI workstreams.
