Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, for full-time, long-term work across primary, secondary, and specialist schools from September 2026. The role offers ongoing training and clear pathways into Educational Psychology, Teaching, SEN Education, Youth Work, and Mental Health services.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Education Studies, Childhood Studies, Social Work, Health & Social Care, or a related subject
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A resilient, patient and proactive approach is required
• Genuine passion for supporting young people and making a positive impact
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, tutoring, care, youth work, or behavioural support is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Provide one-to-one and small-group behavioural support
• Encourage positive behaviour, attendance and engagement
• Support students in developing emotional regulation strategies
• Assist teachers in creating a safe, supportive learning environment
• Help de-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively
• Act as a positive role model for students
• Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour support plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
