• Assist in responding to payment referrals concerning signature irregularities.
• Prepare customer anniversary reports and manage dashboard updates.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to address compliance queries.
• Review account dormancy and contact clients to regularise their accounts.
• Handle calls/email inquiries and prioritize workloads.
