Job summary

The Access Bank UK Ltd is offering an entry‑level Graduate Processing Officer role designed for ambitious graduates aiming to start a career in banking. You will join an Investors In People Platinum award winning organization and work within a dynamic, multi‑functional team to deliver high quality service and support across account processing.

You will build experience in KYC/CDD checks, account maintenance, and customer communications while contributing to the bank’s growth and client

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or relevant customer service experience.
• Keen eye for detail with accurate data input and administration.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls and handle enquiries.
• Check new account opening documents from Front Office.
• Process new and maturing Savings applications with KYC and CDD checks.
• Ensure AML, KYC and CDD requirements are met with relevant searches.
• Create CIFs and new customer accounts.
• Perform ongoing account maintenance including Internet Banking setup.
• Process Visa debit card applications and card dispatch.
• Provide team support to ensure timely completion of work.
