Job summary

Celsius Graduate Recruitment Ltd in Greater London is seeking a Graduate Business Development Executive to kick-start a career in B2B sales. You'll handle inbound enquiries, build client relationships and develop your portfolio with a structured training programme.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,000-£28,000 plus £35,000-£40,000 OTE, uncapped commission, a £5,000 car allowance, private healthcare, a pension, and holiday incentives, with a comprehensive in-house training programme and clear

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
Willingness to learn and strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound business enquiries and follow up on warm leads from prospective customers.
Build relationships with new and existing clients across industries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend testing and analytical services.
Identify additional business opportunities and develop your client portfolio.
Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to negotiation and closing.
Work towards sales targets with uncapped commission.
