Celsius Graduate Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Business Development Executive to join a global leader in laboratory testing and analytical services.

You will handle inbound inquiries, nurture relationships with new and existing clients across multiple industries, and identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio. With a full in-house training programme and uncapped commission, you can expect a £27,000-£28,000 base salary plus £35,000-£40,000 OTE, plus a £5,000 annual car

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound business enquiries and follow up on warm leads.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients across industries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend testing and analytical services.
• Identify additional business opportunities and develop your client portfolio.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to negotiation and closing.
• Work towards achievable sales targets with uncapped commission.
