Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Business Development: Identify and qualify new leads through targeted market research and proactive outreach.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities to support regional growth.
• Present the company’s full product offering to prospective customers and communicate value effectively.
• Expand market presence within industrial, agricultural, and fabrication sectors.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions aligned with their needs.
• Provide timely reports on meetings, opportunities, customer feedback, and market activity.
• Identify and support the launch of new products into the Irish market.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Technical, Quality, Production, R&D, and Commercial Services.
• Contribute insights on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for product development.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
