Actemium Automation in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven graduate to join our automation engineering team, delivering automation solutions for blue-chip clients in regulated sectors such as Food & Beverage, Manufacturing and Water. You will work on design, development and testing of control systems, PLCs, HMIs and SCADA platforms, gaining hands-on experience on live projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, or a related discipline.
• Keen interest in automation, control systems and digital technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and fault-finding skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development and testing of industrial automation and control systems.
• Assist with producing technical documents, including functional specifications, drawings and project records.
• Contribute to the configuration and programming of control systems, such as PLCs, HMIs and SCADA platforms.
• Support system integration, testing, fault-finding and commissioning activities at client sites.
• Work with project teams, clients and suppliers to help deliver solutions safely, on time and to specification.
• Follow relevant engineering standards, quality procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Take part in training and development to build your technical and professional capabilities.
