Myriad is assisting a growing family-run fit-out specialist in Blackpool for an Assistant Project Manager graduate pathway. The role blends office and site work across UK projects, with hands-on mentoring and a visible route to Project Manager. Open to graduates or those with 1–2 years in construction coordination.

You’ll support delivery across hotels, bars, restaurants and leisure refurbishments, progressing through a structured career pathway.

Qualifications

• Construction-related degree or nearing completion.
• Strong organisation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop in project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Support procurement activities and material orders.
• Monitor programmes, milestones and deadlines.
• Track costs, budgets and payments.
• Attend client, contractor and site meetings.
• Coordinate designs and resolve issues on site.
• Ensure quality standards and health & safety compliance.
• Assist with changes, delays and snagging for handovers.
• Develop into a Project Manager through hands-on mentoring.
