• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ArchiCAD/CAD experience or working towards it
• Full UK Driving License

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess the condition of existing buildings, identify defects, and propose repairs

• Visit sites for inspections
• Conduct desktop survey research
• Prepare inspection reports
• Assist with portfolio instructions and other duties as required
