Got a degree in Building Services or Quantity Surveying and killer Excel skills? Fancy building a career where you’ll be out on-site, crunching numbers, and playing a key role in projects that genuinely make a difference? This is your chance.

At NEO Property Solutions (part of the PTSG Group), we specialise in fire protection services that genuinely save lives. You’ll be joining a growing business with a reputation for delivering excellence across large-scale, long-term contracts and one-off projects.

As an Estimator, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our projects are accurately priced, commercially sound, and set up for success. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your skills with industry training and gain exposure to high value projects.

You’ll be:

Surveying sites and taking measurements to build accurate project estimates.
Pricing a mix of long-term contracts and one-off projects (up to £300K).
Working closely with operational teams to create accurate and commercially sound proposals.
Juggling multiple tenders at once—staying sharp, organised, and always meeting deadlines.

Neo Property Solutions, part of the PTSG Group, deliver specialist passive fire protection services, including Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
