Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor

A fantastic new career opportunity has just arisen for a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor with a Chartered Building Surveying practice in Birmingham city centre. A small, but highly successful team in Birmingham; they work on both project and professional surveying instructions for a broad client base working on a variety of building types. The successful candidate will be able to gain broad Building Surveying experience which allows them to cover their APC competencies working towards gaining your MRICS qualification. Indeed the office lead, as an experienced APC Counsellor, will be able to provide full support in working towards this.

For this role, we're looking for a recent Graduate Building Surveyor with a relevant, RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying. Any industry experience would be preferred and if you have already started work towards your APC then you will able to continue with this. We are able to consider recent Building Surveying graduates with less experience where they can demonstrate the commitment and enthusiasm our client is looking for. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary and you will also need to already be located within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre.
