Job summary

Kent is seeking a Graduate Asset Integrity Engineer to join our Aberdeen team. Based in Aberdeen, you will support asset integrity projects across oil & gas and renewables, learning from experienced engineers and participating in site visits to client installations.

This graduate scheme provides mentorship, hands-on experience, and training to develop skills in life extension, inspection activities, and risk-based inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in systems engineering or related discipline is required.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in asset integrity projects under supervision.
• Support development of life extension plans for ageing assets.
• Contribute to risk-based inspection work scopes and inspection activities.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to discuss engineering solutions.
