Job description

Are you a recent graduate passionate about turning design concepts into buildable realities? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice, is looking for a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Architectural Technologist, you'll support the design and technical delivery of a range of projects. Working alongside experienced architectural technologists, you’ll develop your skills in producing detailed technical drawings, coordinating with consultants, and supporting project delivery from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
  2. Support the team with project delivery across RIBA stages
  3. Work on planning applications, building regulations, and tender documentation
  4. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  5. Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation

About You:

  1. Recently completed a degree in Architectural Technology (CIAT accredited preferred)
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
  3. Strong understanding of building construction and detailing
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
