Architectural Technologist

Reigate, Surrey - Hybrid after probation

30,000 - 35,000 + Training & Chartership Support + Progression + Friendly Studio Environment

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join a thriving and collaborative practice delivering high-quality residential architecture across bespoke private homes and medium-scale developments.

This well-established architecture and planning consultancy has been operating for over 30 years and is known for its high standards, open culture, and friendly team. In this role, you'll be producing a wide range of drawings using Revit, working across all project stages, from concept through to completion, with a focus on technical detailing. You'll liaise directly with clients, attend occasional site visits, and be responsible for meeting billing targets in line with your workload.

The ideal candidate will have residential experience, strong Revit proficiency, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team. Full UK drivers licence is also essential.

The Role:

• Use Revit to produce drawings across all stages, with a strong focus on technical work
• Liaise with clients and attend site visits where needed

• Work to meet invoice targets across your projects

The Person:

• Proficient in Revit with demonstrable residential project experience
• Strong technical design skills and understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Degree-qualified in a relevant field
• Based within commuting distance of Reigate
• Full UK drivers' licence
