Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join their Bury St Edmunds office on a permanent basis. You will produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts and provide design services for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires a degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline, with knowledge of UK building regulations and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline.
• Relevant post-qualification experience as a Technologist is desirable.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Good technical detailing and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

Duties for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist include:

• Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
• Work on and provide architectural design services to residential and commercial projects
• Produce detailed design information
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications

Skills and experience for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology or another related discipline
• Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist is desirable
• Experience with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• Good technical detailing and presentation skills
