Job Description:

This medium-sized, fast-growing software house has won several industry awards. The company has offices in the UK and Europe and has increased revenues year-on-year at an excellent rate. They recently received significant investment and are looking to continue hiring graduates into various roles throughout the business.

As an application support analyst for this software firm, you will:

• Solve user problems, questions, and issues from customers
• Advise users on how to maximise their usage of the software
• Help customers use the software and maximise their usage of the products
• Help customers configure the software to meet their needs
• Identify and gather information that can be used for the software developers to improve the software products for their clients
• Visit customers where needed to identify areas where they can improve their use of the software products and systems

Needed:

Successful applicants will also have the following attributes:

• Achieved a 2:1 or above (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s level in an analytical subject.
• First-rate problem-solving skills
• Logical, well-organised, and practical
• Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
• The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
• Computer literate (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts
• Customer-focused with an ability to build professional relationships
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Interest in technology and eager to embark on a career within the software industry
