Job summary

BDO’s Advisory Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience across a range of challenging projects, from restructuring to M&A, with ACA study integrated into the three-year plan. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and senior leaders, building confidence and client experience while learning through real client work.

The programme starts in Birmingham, lasts three years, and culminates in a permanent role after successful exams.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree in any discipline (or predicted) required.
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across advisory projects, building client relationships.
• Work with senior leaders and partners, contributing to client conversations.
• Develop specialist expertise through client work while pursuing ACA qualification.
