Job summary

BDO Advisory is launching a Graduate Programme in Bristol that combines hands-on client work with study towards the ACA qualification. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues and senior leaders, taking on responsibilities as you grow and building confidence to shape your career.

The three-year programme offers structured support, with opportunities to contribute to projects and develop specialist expertise in advisory services.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted)
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C, or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers at A-B
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English
• Commitment to balance study and professional work
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided)

Responsibilities

• Gain hand-on experience while studying towards the ACA qualification.
• Learn directly from subject matter experts while building technical, commercial and management skills.
• As you gain experience, take on more responsibility, build client relationships and develop specialist expertise.
