Job summary

Deloitte’s Capital Market Group seeks graduates to help develop and maintain XSG, Deloitte’s in-house actuarial economic scenario generation software. You will run models, research improvements, and present scenarios to clients while learning from seasoned professionals.

As a Graduate Analyst, you’ll work in a hybrid environment, attend induction, and build experience across actuarial and banking projects within life and general insurance, asset managers and banks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 in maths or finance related degree.
• Graduating by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.
• A-level Maths encouraged but not essential.
• No prior experience required.
• Interest in the actuarial industry and the role of actuaries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining XSG, Deloitte’s actuarial software.
• Deliver economic scenarios and training sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with Capital Market and Life Insurance teams on modelling projects.
