KPI Education is recruiting Graduate Academic Mentors for a selection of excellent secondary schools across Hertfordshire. These roles offer 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils close knowledge gaps and raise attainment.

Fully supported by experienced teachers, this year-long placement provides invaluable experience ahead of teacher training. Successful graduates (2:1 or first-class) across English, Maths, Science, Humanities or other subjects will be matched to schools where their

Qualifications

• 2:1 or First-Class degree with a strong academic record.
• Graduate with solid academic performance across English, Maths, Science, Humanities or other subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group academic interventions.
• Support KS3 and KS4 pupils, with some KS5 opportunities.
• Help GCSE students with revision, subject knowledge and examination technique.
• Provide excellent experience before teacher training, PGCE or other routes into education.
