Job summary

Step Into Teaching is working with a fantastic secondary school in Birmingham, offering English graduates the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting students to achieve their best.

We’re looking for a recent English graduate with a 2:2 or higher who is positive, reliable and adaptable, and who can engage and motivate young people. The role is full-time, term-time only, with ASAP start for the 26/27 academic year.

The role

• Full-time | Monday to Friday | Term time only
• £500- £530 per week
• ASAP start for the 26/27 academic year
• Work in a supportive school environment and build experience before teacher training

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has (or is predicted) a 2:2 or above in an English related degree
• Is positive, reliable, and adaptable
• Can engage and motivate young people
• Is keen to help students learn and grow
