Job summary

Moulton Bulb Company is seeking a motivated General Operative to join the grader team in England on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern from 05:45am to 5:30pm. You will inspect products, operate barcode scanners, keep the production area clean, and assist with grading line setup according to SOPs.

There may be occasional forklift duties, for which training can be provided. The role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork within a family-run business that values its people and offers development

Qualifications

• Inspect products on the production line and remove items that do not meet quality standards.
• Operate barcode scanners to track products entering and exiting production lines as required.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout production by following clean-as-you-go procedures, removing debris during, between, and after runs.
• Assist with setup of the grading line, including operating screens and topper beds per SOPs.
• Potential occasional forklift support; training can be provided for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
