Flying High Partnership in the Midlands is seeking a confident teaching assistant to join our upper key stage 2 team. You will support learning when teachers are absent and provide intervention and pastoral care.
You will deliver lessons under supervision, manage behaviour, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff while upholding safeguarding and inclusion values. This role offers a supportive team and opportunities for professional development.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching assistant to join our upper key stage 2 team. This role is essential in ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent or require PPA cover. You will lead whole-class teaching under an agreed system of supervision, following prepared plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. you will also be responsible in providing educational support for children needing intervention, as well as providing pastoral care to our children.
