NexGen Cloud, a cutting-edge AI cloud provider, seeks a Solutions Architect to own the technical sales cycle for GPU cloud solutions. You’ll translate workload requirements into feasible designs and collaborate across pre-sales, data centre, and infrastructure teams.

The role combines architecture design with customer engagement, ensuring proposals are technically sound, deliverable, and aligned with commercial objectives. Travel to customer sites is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HPC or AI software stack design and delivery at scale.
• Deep understanding of GPU software environments and profiling for production workloads.
• Experience with multi-GPU/multi-node configurations and performance tuning.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical sales cycle end-to-end and act as the primary technical authority for GPU cloud solution design.
• Engage with customers to capture workload requirements and produce detailed solution designs and topology diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate delivery feasibility and build reference architectures.
• Develop technical proposals, BoMs, and statements of work with clear scoping and risk assessments.
• Feed customer requirements into product roadmap and improve proposal consistency.
