Job summary
A leading technology company in Cambridge seeks a GPU Electrical Analysis Engineer to design and analyze power delivery networks essential for high-performance GPUs. You will work closely with the Physical Design team to optimize power grid specifications and collaborate on bump planning and routing strategies. Ideal candidates have a powerful blend of strategic and hands-on engineering skills, ideally with experience in global power integrity tools and a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering. You will be deeply involved in the entire design process to ensure top-quality product performance.
Qualifications
Experience planning, implementing, and analyzing power delivery networks.
Experience designing and analyzing power delivery schemes with power switches.
Experience with global power integrity tools and Electromigration checks.
Responsibilities
Design power grid specifications for power integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams on design and optimization.
Perform Power Integrity, EM, and ESD analysis.
Skills
Power delivery network planning and analysis
Signal/Power Integrity checks
Experience with global power integrity tools
Education
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or similar
