You will lead the day-to-day delivery of administrative services, oversee placement and teaching activity, coordinate projects and events, manage business/financial processes, and provide the information needed to support effective decisions.You will have real scope to shape how the team works. Alongside supporting and developing the roles direct report and colleagues, you will strengthen processes, introduce practical improvements and make effective use of digital tools and automation. You will also build trusted relationships across a wide network, helping to resolve operational challenges and ensure that students and teaching partners receive a responsive, reliable service.We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who can balance competing priorities, use sound judgement and turn complex requirements into clear, workable solutions.
