Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated General Practitioner to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in Fraserburgh. The role is predominantly management-focused with clinical lead responsibilities and is flexible to include mix of clinical and non-clinical work.

The post supports training and development within a forward-looking practice. The successful candidate will undertake 1:1s with clinical staff, handle complaints, and help shape training needs across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Experience in clinical leadership or management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel nationally as needed.
• Experience with protocol development and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance and provide clinical leadership within the group.
• Conduct 1:1s with clinical staff and address concerns.
• Develop and monitor training needs for clinical staff.
• Work on standardised protocols across the group and support trainers.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience.We are an expanding medical group and looking for an experienced GP who is looking for a role predominantly doing management clinical lead work nationally- this would entail:

1:1s with clinical staff

Dealing with complaints

Training needs for clinical staff

Ideally able to travel nationally

Working on protocols standardised across the group

Suited to a GP with experience looking for a new challenge.

Flexible role - could be mix of clinical and non - clinical management work (50-50, 60-40 etc)
