Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and produce accurate summaries of patients' medical histories.
• Use SNOMED coding within EMIS to record information from paper records or GP2GP into the practice system.
• Audit data collection standards in the practice and file patient records and correspondence.
• Maintain filing and administrative systems to ensure information is accessible and secure.
• Handle private work such as firearms licences, medical letters, and HGV licences; assist with SAR processing.
