Job summary

The Bovey Tracey and Chudleigh Practice is recruiting a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to support medicines optimisation across Riverside Surgery, Bovey Tracey and Tower House Surgery, Chudleigh. The post requires travel between sites, with pay negotiable depending on experience.

You will join a multidisciplinary team to optimise prescribing, review medications and help deliver person-centred care. As GP Practice Clinical Pharmacist, you will develop prescribing initiatives, support quality

Qualifications

• Experience in medicines optimisation and prescribing processes.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workload in a GP setting.
• Strong communication with patients, carers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Professional oversight and guidance to the practice pharmacy team; coordinate medicines management and training.
• Develop and implement pharmacy-led services; support QOF and contractual targets.
• Maintain knowledge of prescribing guidance and collaborate with NHS partners.
