Job summary

Golden Valley Practice invites an experienced GP to join as a partner for 4–6 sessions per week, contributing to clinical governance, service development and the NHS contracts. The rural practice emphasises continuity of care and relationship-based general practice, serving 5,800 patients in south-west Herefordshire with pharmacy support and a strong team ethos.

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the GMC GP Register.
• Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List.
• Ongoing appraisal, revalidation and continuing professional development.
• Minimum two years’ substantive experience in UK general practice.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the full range of general practice.
• Share clinical, operational and financial governance responsibilities.
• Contribute to service development and NHS contracts.
• Work across practice sites and conduct home visits as needed.
• Support continuity and relationship-based care across the patient population.
