Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain are seeking a salaried GP for the Out of Hours service in Grimsby. The role focuses on telephone triage, diagnosis, care planning, medicines management, home visits, and occasional face-to-face Urgent Care Centre appointments.

Full GMC registration and an enhanced DBS are required. Shifts run 18:00–08:00, weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with permanent full- or part-time rotas.

Qualifications

• GMC registration is required and essential for practice.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or update is required.

• Ability to make independent clinical decisions with collegial support when needed.
• Good time management within SLAs and ability to handle workload.

The work centres on telephone triage, diagnosis and care planning, medicines management, and home visits alongside face-to-face appointments at an Urgent Care Centre.
