Job summary

gtd healthcare is seeking a Salaried GP to join Gordon Street Medical Centre, delivering high-quality patient care with 15-minute appointments and protected admin time. The role offers flexible working, development opportunities, and access to our in-house academy within a supportive team.

The post includes 23 hours per week, with interviews on 12 November 2026. The practice serves 4,000+ patients in a diverse community and values quality care and professional development.

Qualifications

• GP with GMC registration and relevant specialist qualifications.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary team and leading colleagues.
• Experience working to QOF targets and service development.
• GP Trainer status or willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality GP care within the GMS contract.
• Collaborate with a wider clinical network for peer development.
• Undertake surgeries during extended hours as required.
• Support clinical staff and contribute to service improvement.
• Lead development of services and participate in audits.
