Qualifications

• Registered GP with current GMC license and primary care experience.
• Proven ability to manage undifferentiated presentations in a family practice.
• Experience in general practice with adherence to evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Hold surgery consultations and telephone consultations with patients.
• Visit patients at home and manage repeat prescriptions.
• Record documentation to agreed standards and ensure data quality.
• Admit or discharge patients and refer to other care providers as appropriate.
• Prescribe within formulary and ensure safe prescribing.
• Contribute to audits, QOF/IIF, and evaluating clinical standards.
