Job summary

Haslemere Health Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP to join our friendly, supportive team on a maternity cover fixed-term contract. The post is 12 months, part-time, with 5–6 sessions per week, serving around 19,000 patients across the main site at Haslemere Hospital grounds and our Fernhurst branch.

Qualifications

• Qualified General Practitioner required.
• Fully registered with the GMC with licence to practise.
• Experience in primary care and working with multidisciplinary teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality patient consultations (face-to-face, telephone, and online).
• Completing clinical administration and managing patient correspondence.
• Participating in multidisciplinary, clinical and practice meetings.
• Engaging with training, CPD, and educational opportunities.
• Contributing to practice development and service improvement.
• Working collaboratively with the wider PCN and ICB where appropriate.
