Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC and RCPG registration.
• Maintains annual appraisal and revalidation.
• Demonstrates continued professional development and CPD.
• Understands PMS contract and primary care leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face and telephone consultations in a busy practice.
• Deliver chronic disease management and care coordination.
• Engage in audits, QOF targets and clinical governance.
• Attend training and contribute to supervision and teaching.
• Work within a multi-professional team to deliver patient care.
