DMC Healthcare in London is recruiting a salaried GP to deliver high-quality medical care to registered patients across the practice. You will work under the GMS contract, manage long-term conditions with CESEL guidelines, and contribute to audits and continuous improvement while maintaining excellent clinical governance.

The role involves telephone triage on a rotational basis, accurate record-keeping, and training support for medical students and staff. UK registration and MRCGP are essential.

Formación

• Experience in a primary care environment.
• Continued professional development experience.
• Experience of QOF and clinical audit.
• Minimum of two years as a salaried GP.
• Experience with EMIS Web.
• General understanding of the GMS contract.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of safe and effective medical care to registered patients under the GMS contract.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with best practice and guidance.
• Undertake telephone triage and duty doctor responsibilities on rotation.
• Contribute to clinical governance, training and HR within the practice.
• Support training of medical students and partnerships to improve income and reduce costs.
• Participate in practice audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend and contribute to practice meetings and local initiatives.
