Job summary

Operose Health Ltd in Witham, England, seeks an experienced GP to deliver high-quality clinical care across the GP surgery, working 4 sessions per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) with clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan.

The role offers an annual salary up to £112,500 FTE depending on experience, full indemnity cover, six weeks leave and study leave pro rata, visa support if required, and ample opportunities to develop within a scale primary care provider.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and NHS performers list active and engaged in regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation with MRCGP or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
• Working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered with the GP surgery and support the clinical leads in the surgery's operational plan.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audits and improvement of health outcomes including QOF and other quality standards.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan, including in-person and video consultations, triage, medication reviews and related admin.
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient-centered care.
• Support development and review of the surgery action plan with KPI targets and cost management.
