Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a General Practitioner to join Victoria & Five Elms Medical Centre in London. You will deliver high-quality primary care, manage triage, and work with the clinical leads to support the surgery's operational plan.

The role offers up to £112,500 depending on experience, with an additional £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs, plus a comprehensive benefits package including indemnity cover and annual leave. You will practice under GMC/NHS GP standards.

Qualifications

• Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list.
• An experienced GP with accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent).
• Sound commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to registered patients and support surgical operations.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits and QA activities to improve outcomes.
• Provide clinical care per the job plan including consultations, triage, reviews, and on-call duties (excluding out of hours).
• Adhere to GMC standards and prioritise patient care.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop and review the surgery action plan.
