Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a General Practitioner for The Practice Old Hill in the West Midlands region. The role requires 1–2 years of GP experience and offers up to £112,500 depending on experience, with 7 sessions per week.

You will provide high-quality clinical care across in-person and video consultations, participate in audits and governance, and contribute to improving access and patient outcomes within our scale primary care network.

Qualifications

• Current GMC registration with NHS performers list and at least 12 months of regular clinical work.
• GP accreditation - MRCGP or equivalent.
• Commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services.
• Knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs and appropriate coding.
• Working knowledge of SystmOne or EMISweb is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients at the GP surgery and support the clinical leads to meet the surgery's operational plan.
• Maintain quality through governance activities and audits to improve health outcomes and QOF targets.
• Provide clinical care as per the job plan, including in-person and video consultations, triage, results, reviews, and home visits.
• Adhere to GMC standards and place patient care first.
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to develop and review the surgery action plan, targeting growth and KPIs.
