Job summary

Operose Health is seeking a General Practitioner to join Oak Tree Health Centre in Didcot. You will deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients, work with clinical leads and the site team to support the surgery's operational plan.

Ideal candidates will be GMC registered with NHS performers list and GP accreditation (MRCGP or equivalent). The role offers a salary capping at £112,500 plus per-session rewards, indemnity cover, leave, and ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality clinical care to registered patients and support surgical operations.
Engage in clinical governance and audit to improve outcomes and meet standards (QOF/CQC).
Provide care per the job plan including consultations, triage (in person/video/phone), results, reviews and medication management.
Adhere to GMC standards and prioritize patient care.
Collaborate with Practice Manager and site lead to develop and review the surgery plan.
