NHS England Midlands invites applications for a 2-session permanent Associate Dean - Rotations. The role supports the GP School and Primary Care Dean in directing education and training across the multi-professional primary care workforce, ensuring high quality placements and compliance with the Gold Guide.

The successful candidate will coordinate rotations, support recruitment targets, and lead on partnerships with local GP programmes, Training Hubs, and other health education stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead on setting strategic direction for GP education and training across East Midlands
• Oversee recruitment numbers and rotations to maximise educational opportunities
• Work with GP programmes, Training Hubs, NHS England and regulators to ensure standards
• Deputise for Associate Postgraduate Deans and represent the GP School at regional meetings
• Collaborate with Programme Directors and educators to deliver high-quality GP specialty training
