Great Massingham and Docking Surgeries Partnership is seeking a qualified dispenser to join our busy practice in the King's Lynn area. The role can be full-time, part-time, or job share, with hours from 7.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday at both sites.

You will process prescriptions, manage stock, assist the dispensary team, and support the GP MDT to provide excellent patient care in the local community. Training is available and flexibility is valued in this rural practice.

Formación

• Diploma Level 2/3 Dispensary or equivalent Pharmacy Services qualification desired, but training provided.
• Strong communication with patients and team members.
• Able to adapt to busy GP practice environment and work across two sites.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow dispensing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Process prescribed and repeat prescriptions with GP/nurse oversight.
• Check medicines and labelling against prescriptions and confirm with authorising clinician when unsure.
• Collect prescription charges and ensure FP10 declaration is correctly completed.
• Handle dossette boxes and stock ordering/stock control.
• Answer dispensary phone enquiries and manage patient enquiries.
• Monitor patients' exemption status.
• Sort and dispose of waste/returned medications.
• Support day-to-day running of dispensary and surgery as directed by managers.
