A local healthcare provider in Bishop's Castle is seeking a dedicated GP to join their team for 8 sessions a week. We are looking for a GP to join our team for 8 sessions a week.
We are a traditional, patient focused and innovative practice of 5600 patients situated in the stunning Shropshire Hills, close to the Welsh border. We have high rates of accessibility for patients and maintain high patient satisfaction scores on the GP survey.

We have an excellent practice team of ANPs, Practice Nurses Mental Health Practitioners and pharmacy team, all supported by superb admin staff.
We hold weekly clinical team meetings containing educational slots and MDT discussions, which include the Community Nursing team, Hospice nurse and our Community and Care co-ordinator.
We are a training practice and regularly host medical students.
The practice is happy to accommodate special interests and currently have specialists in Diabetes and Women's Health.
Through our PCN we can access Social Prescribers, First Contact Physio and a Pharmacy Team.
The practice is responsible for overseeing our award winning local Community Hospital and daily ward rounds are part of the routine here. Any new GPs would be expected to visit the hospital on a rota basis.
