Royal College of General Practitioners in Selby is seeking a Salaried GP to join a friendly and well-established practice. The role offers 6–8 sessions per week with flexibility and strong support, including weekly protected GP time.

This permanent position welcomes experienced GPs as well as newly qualified or British-trained GPs seeking a supportive environment to develop their careers. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to teaching, audit and service improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Medical Performers List.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgement and evidence-based patient care.
• Experience in teaching and supervising medical students or GP trainees is valued.

Aufgaben

• Face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Home visits and on-call responsibilities.
• Diagnosis, treatment and care planning.
• Safe prescribing and clinical record keeping.
• Participation in audit, QOF and quality improvement.
• Supporting teaching and training of medical students and GP trainees.
• Contributing to clinical governance and service development.
