Job summary

University Medical Group in Reading is inviting a Salaried GP to join a well-established, Outstanding CQC practice. The role offers a 3-day week with 6 sessions and a supportive team of 17 salaried GPs, a teaching environment for students and registrars, and time for study and appraisal. Fixed-term for 12 months from January 2027.

The clinic provides admin time, AI scribe tool, and a collaborative culture with emphasis on work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• GMC registered GP on NHS Performers List.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• A team player who values collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• 6 sessions per week.
• Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
• Typical day: 08:00 - 18:30 with extended hours 18:30-20:00 once or twice a month.
• Support and teaching within a teaching practice.
