Responsibilities

• Direct clinical care: консультing with patients in person/telephone/video, home visits as agreed, managing acute and long term conditions, making urgent or safety critical referrals.
• Indirect clinical care: results, repeat prescriptions, correspondence, tasks and referrals.
• Participation in practice activity: clinical/admin meetings, significant event learning, QI, and supporting practice protocols. Some roles include teaching, supervision or defined special interests.
