The Cabinet Office is hiring a Head of Cyber Operations Defence in London. This is a hybrid full-time role with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership of threat intelligence, incident response, and cyber security operations.

Formación

• Lead Cabinet Office cyber operations with strategic direction and delivery of threat intelligence, detection and incident response.
• Manage leadership and line management of senior and lead analysts.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Director to design and deliver the department’s cyber security strategy and roadmap.
• Deputise for the Deputy Director at senior leadership and programme boards.
• Oversee technical response to major incidents and vulnerabilities affecting the Cabinet Office
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement of security operations and maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Brief senior stakeholders on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, incidents and mitigations.
• Work with cross-functional cyber and information security teams to improve capabilities.
• Ensure end-to-end cyber security is embedded across central and local functions.
• Collaborate with Government Security Group and National Technical Authorities to share knowledge.
