Job summary

Government Cyber Profession seeks a Deputy CISO (Cyber Operations) to lead enterprise cyber operations, setting strategy and operating models to defend and secure government digital services. You will drive threat-led defence, risk prioritisation and governance across a large, multi-agency cyber operations landscape.

You will lead the CSOC, coordinate across Home Office digital domains, and work with senior stakeholders to reduce cyber risk while ensuring resilience of critical services, reports

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise cyber operations strategy.
• Leading cyber monitoring, threat management and incident response.
• Proven ability to drive resilience across critical services.
• Experience with budgeting and supplier management.
• Leadership of security teams with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy and operating model for cyber operations.
• Provide senior leadership across cyber operations teams.
• Lead integrated cyber operations community across the organisation.
• Oversee incident management, risk and monitoring systems.
• Represent the function on senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Deputise for the CISO as required.
