UK Home Office seeks a Deputy CISO (Cyber Operations) to lead enterprise cyber defence and operational security. The postholder will govern threats, incidents and risk, delivering measurable reductions in cyber risk across critical national services.

The role leads the CSOC and cyber leads across Home Office Digital, ensuring a coordinated, threat-led defence. It requires senior leadership, collaboration with cross-government partners and effective governance across the cyber community.

Formación

• Experience delivering enterprise cyber operations strategy and operating models.
• Proven leadership of cyber operations teams and professionals.
• Strong governance, risk management and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain enterprise cyber operations strategy and operating model.
• Lead the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) across Home Office.
• Ensure incident management, threat intelligence and vulnerability management are effective.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to prioritise cyber risk reduction across services.
